Fatima potato chips millefeuille

Prepare this delicious millefeuille by alternating layers of Fatima potato chips with cream cheese and smoked salmon

Ingredients

For four people

16 Fatima potato chips
150 g fresh cheese spread
20 g fresh chives
60 g smoked salmon
25 ml of 20% fat cooking cream
Pinch of salt
Pinch of toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Elaboration

Beat the fresh cheese with the cream until you get a homogeneous and consistent cream, add salt and pepper if desired, add the smoked salmon chopped into large pieces and the chives chopped as finely as possible and assemble a millefeuille with four potatoes per person and the cream cheese.

Finish by adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and toasted sesame. We can decorate with some fresh herbs such as dill, fennel, parsley or lemon thyme.
