It was in 1960 when an entrepreneur like Federico Canete left his mountain village to settle in the capital. More than half a century has passed since the beginning of this registered trademark, which continues frying potatoes with the same flavor of yesteryear.
We offer Castilla y León potato chips, as well as appetizers, snacks and nuts. We carry out a high quality controlled process, always using sunflower oil and keeping an exhaustive control of the frying temperature, never above 175º C. In addition, we fry our potatoes on a stove, which gives them an incomparable personality and flavor.
Our secret: the best raw material, both potato and oil of high quality and from Castilla y León, giving it a very characteristic flavor and appreciated by all our customers.
Our raw material, the potato, is carefully selected from its plantation by our expert farmers. We monitor them during their growth and when they are harvested, they are taken to our facilities where they are naturally preserved at the right temperature and humidity, so that they keep all their properties until the frying process.
We are a company committed to quality. Therefore, the selection of an excellent raw material is our maxim, in order to elaborate and offer a natural product, without preservatives or additives and with a unique flavor.

It is very important to always use sunflower oil, which has a very low acidity and a high vitamin E content, thus achieving an optimal frying of the potato and providing extra nutritional benefits.
