the selection of an excellent raw material is our maxim, in order to elaborate and offer a natural product, without preservatives or additives, with a unique flavor.

At Fatima we select large-caliber ‘Agria’ potatoes, grown in the best orchards of Castilla y León, where the altitude and the climatic and geological conditions allow us to obtain a raw material of excellent quality. 

It is very important to always use sunflower oil, which has a very low acidity and a high vitamin E content, thus achieving an optimal frying of the potato and providing extra nutritional benefits. 

We use salt transformed by natural evaporation of the Atlantic water to enhance the flavor of our french fries at the right point, a high quality salt that gives them a unique texture and aroma.
