the selection of an excellent raw material is our maxim, in order to elaborate and offer a natural product, without preservatives or additives, with a unique flavor.

From a food point of view, peanuts are considered to belong to the nut group, as are, for example, almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts. From a botanical point of view, peanuts are legumes, like soybeans, lentils or chickpeas.

Peanuts are very rich in proteins, vitamin B and fats. In addition, they are very rich in very high quality proteins with all the amino acids.

We use peanuts from the state of Georgia (USA) for being the best in the world, giving them a characteristic, exclusive and unique roasting.

The marcona almond is the queen of almonds due to its sweet flavor and round white kernel. It is highly appreciated for its long shelf life.

Our almonds, coming from the Spanish Levante area, have been subjected to the highest quality controls, and carefully selected in large caliber range (s/16). We select their size to serve our customers the most select product on the market.

The marcona variety is the most expensive and the most demanded by the confectionery and nougat industry. Also, as it has less oil in its composition, it is usually used for the production of fried almonds. Its frequent consumption helps to reduce cholesterol levels due to its high vitamin E content.

This variety is almost entirely destined for hulling, due to its better grain yield and its characteristics suitable for the chocolate industry and other similar uses.

The yield and size of the grain vary according to the climatic conditions that have occurred during the natural process of development of the crop, depending also, in a decisive way, on the type of cultivation: irrigated or rainfed. Those plantations that can be tended with artificial irrigation generally produce hazelnuts with a better kernel yield and larger size.

Our hazelnut is uniquely Spanish, very suitable for roasting and also for confectionery.

Our potato chips have been recognized three times with the Silver distinction in the Castilla y León Artisan Awards in 2013, 2014 and 2017
